After I completed my graduation from L.B.S College of Engineering, working at BigLeap has been a totally different experience, because learning about softwares and being in the heat of things are two totally different aspects. Being at this company I have had plenty of opportunities to test my skills and work on them so as to become better equipped with the ever changing requirements of this dynamic industry. I consider this as a serious career and it's been a pleasure working here so far. The company respects our individual traits and assigns projects that are most suitable to our technical expertise and areas of interest. Such an individual specific approach from the company has made this a truly divine working experience.

When I got my offer letter to work at BigLeap, I was at first quite apprehensive. But I was made to feel at home from the first day onwards. I have heard quite a lot of horrible stories about how the people above treat newcomers in an organisation. But the attitude of our team leaders turned out to be quite different from what I had anticipated. They were readily available to help me at each and every step. I would be lying if I said that I opted for a B.Tech in Computer Science out of choice. But now I am happy that I was made to become a Computer Science graduate because otherwise I would not have got a chance to work at BigLeap and discover the hidden talents in me.
